Transformational Conversations

Explore and Resolve Sources of Unresolved Pain

Time for Healing

Revisit yourself to Heal Pain

In these sessions individuals explore the source of old, unresolved, pain and address it through gentle impersonation and role-playing.

Inspired by Marshall Rosenberg and his work on Non-violent Communication these sessions allow individuals to explore the source of old, unresolved pain through a role-playing technique based on empathic listening. The listener holds the space for the speaker from a place of compassion and a higher perspective.

These conversations offer the client the opportunity to process issues that they would likely not have the chance to address directly with the particular pain activating factor. This therapeutic space offers the chance to have a conversation for example, with an estranged relative, a deceased parent, an ex-partner, an older version of ourselves or even a physical pain that has been affecting us. Most of those who go through this experience will notice that it is not the same to talk about someone and their role in our lives than to talk in first person to that being. The emotions are felt and processed differently in such interactions.

These transformational conversations have the potential to change the relationship we have with someone in our own psyche, which is ultimately where our suffering stems from.
